No new Saiyuki Ibun chapter on WARD 017

WARD 017 that will be released starting from 16th September hasn't the new Saiyuki Ibun chapter.
But, those who buy the magazine, can order a card folder dedicated to Ibun.
I wonder if the Houmei's illustration showed on Minekura-sensei's blog will be in the magazine or used for the card folder, or something else?
Maybe the reason because Minekura-sensei skipped BLAST and Ibun is that she is going to have her surgery?
